It has been a while since my last newsletter. I thought I would just update everybody about the different sessions I offer. With state medical services often stretched to the limit, and increasingly only emergency care being prioritised, more and more people are looking for ways to take responsibility for managing their own general health and wellbeing. Proactive self-care now can be the key to avoiding an acute situation later!
Energy Healing is Booming!
I am delighted to say, therefore, that interest continues to grow in the Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code techniques and my schedule tends to be full two to three weeks ahead. As you probably know, I work with all three and combine them, as necessary, with intuitive counselling, and another healing modality, Reiki. The search for complimentary medicine and energy healing is growing, thanks to increased awareness and how our modern understanding of quantum physics explains how it all works.
Meeting my clients
Where possible I am happy to offer in-person sessions, however, as most of my clients are located all over Europe, UK/Ireland and North America, I work mainly online via Zoom! (Phone, WhatsApp and Skype calls also mean clients benefit from sessions in the comfort of their own home or other convenient space). Most of my time is spent working from home on the Costa Blanca in southern Spain. If there are groups of clients in a particular location, visits can be arranged for a talk – workshop and – or a full day or two of sessions with dates to suit the group.
Costs and Bookings
From 1st October 2024 there will be a small increase in the costs of the sessions to keep pace with the economy and in line with the average costs of sessions worldwide. All the prices are for online sessions and home visits within 30 mins of my base in Spain. Visits to clients further afield may include an uplift for travel costs. If you are not sure which session is right for you, please contact me and we can discuss before you book.
Once you have the date and time for your first session, you will receive a secure link to pay and then a Zoom link for the session. There is no problem if you need to reschedule, however, unless it is an emergency situation, can you please give me at least 24 hours notice because I may be able to offer your original slot to someone anxiously waiting. Thank You!

Energy healing and release of negative emotions – from any time in your life, prenatal, inherited/ancestral, pre-conception (past lives), shared or absorbed.

Release of Other Negative Energies and Rebalancing Energy Body
Post traumatic and mental energies, “psychic attack”, entities, hypnotic suggestions. Rebalancing chakras, meridians, spirit body, aura.

Body Code (includes Emotion Code as needed)
Addresses underlying causes of physical symptoms, misalignments and imbalances often with associated negative emotions. We look at the immune system, circuits and systems of the body (respiratory, skeletal, digestive etc), identify any issues with organs and glands, the spirit / energy body, pathogens and toxins, and lifestyle and nutrition.

Belief Code (includes Emotion Code and other associated Enegies as needed)
Our Core Belief System can dramatically impact every aspect of our lives. A Belief Code session unearths unwanted subconscious beliefs so that they can be released to free the mind, body and spirit. There are four layers of a Belief System, and we can draw an analogy with a tree, The branches of a tree represent the negative programmes that play out in your life. These programmes have their origins in the trunk of the tree which holds your limiting beliefs. The limiting beliefs stem from one faulty core belief and even a faulty core identity, represented by the roots of the tree and the soil.

Active listening and empowering the client to find their own path to resolving problems.
Reiki Session Max 60 mins 40 Euros
Usually for very local clients in-person, although distant healing is possible also. The transmission of healing energy to the client to encourage body harmony and relaxation.
I will carry out a test at the end of a session to find about the processing time for the healing to take place before another session can be offered and what more may need to be done. At all times the client in control of how fast or slow they wish to proceed with their healing journey,
